My recommendation is FatBoss. I like their accents... the info isn't bad either.

I went through youtube and found really well explained videos of each fight for BoD and CoS. The videos go though the mechanics for both Normal and Heroic versions of the boss encounters. If someone has suggestions of better videos let me know and we can see about either swapping out or adding them as an alternative.
