Philosophy

Nex Advenio is a casual-but-serious small guild of mature players. We welcome any and all types of players, from the experienced raider to the mainly social.

General Guild Rules

1. All guild members are expected to behave in a mature and responsible manner. Those who are disruptive, antagonistic or otherwise not a good cultural fit will be asked to leave or banned.

2. Guild bank repairs are for use on raid days/nights. Please do not use guild repairs for general repair bills.

Discord Usage Rules

1. All guild members may use the Discord channels as available.

a. Raid channels are reserved for raid use on official raid nights.

b. Groups running in-game content have preference for channel use.

2. Discord channels are public – there is no presumption of privacy in a channel.

3. Chat channels are identified by topic – please stick to the topic of the channel!

4. No inappropriate content is to be posted or discussed.

5. Do not share a permanent Nex Advenio Discord link to non-guildies – use a temporary code for those who are joining as PUGs or visitors.

6. Set your Nex Advenio Discord nickname to something identifiable, preferably a character or RL name that is known to others in the guild.

Forum Rules

1. Post in relevant sub-forums only. Messages posted in the wrong topic area will be removed and placed in the correct sub-forum by moderators.

2. Respect other users. No flaming or abusing fellow forum members. Users who continue to post inflammatory, abusive comments will be deleted from the forum after two warnings are issued by moderators.

3. Harassment. No threats or harassment of other users will be tolerated. Any instance of threatening or harassing behavior is grounds for deletion from the forums.

4. Adult content. No profanity or pornography is allowed. Posts containing adult material will be deleted.

5. Illegal content. No re-posting of copyrighted materials or other illegal content is allowed. Any posts containing illegal content or copyrighted materials will be deleted.
